Hello! I'm Chloé. You probably know me from my children's books. Maybe you recognized me as your local Starbucks barista? Maybe you’ve taken one of my classes? Here's a little more about me:

My true love is color and characters. I love to create projects that push me and my art forward. Whether that’s kickstarting my first picture book, or creating my first animated short.

Sometimes I'm a bit too ambitious. Sometimes I have too many plates spinning, but I want to see what I am capable of. I do all of this because one day I want to work on feature animations, and I know they won't accept anything less than the best there. So that's what I'm trying to become.

Here's some of my backstory:

In 2018 I graduated from Oklahoma City Community College with a degree in Animation, I took classes on Animation Mentor and Schoolism, and then in 2020 I moved from Oklahoma City to Ohio to finish my Bachelor’s degree and  attend Columbus College of Art and Design, where I graduated with a BFA in Illustration in Spring 2022. All that time away made me pretty homesick, so I'll be back in Oklahoma until a new opportunity comes my way.

If you get to know me, you'll realize quite soon that I love visualizing out stories. Coming up with characters and giving them a world to live in. I love challenges, I love holding my art to a high standard, I love working with people who tell better stories than me, and I love building other people up when I have the chance to too.

When I'm not drawing I'll be learning languages, dancing, running, and spending time with my two kitty cats Louis and Parsley.
